Privacy Policy

TallaAI (“TallaAI”, “we”, “us”) operates tallaai.com and the TallaAI studio, an AI service that turns product photos into fashion imagery. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We only collect what we need:

• Waitlist details: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number with its country code.
• Approximate country: our hosting provider tells us which country a visit comes from, based on your IP address. We use it to preselect your dialling code and suggest a language, and we do not store your IP address for this.
• Usage statistics: anonymous, aggregated page views and events, such as opening or submitting the waitlist form, measured without cookies.
• Studio content, once the studio launches: your account details, the product photos you upload, the instructions you write and the images we generate for you.
• Technical logs: short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

• To contact you about early access and the launch of TallaAI.
• To run the studio: process your uploads and deliver your generated images.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and features are useful.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

We process personal data in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. We rely on your consent (for example when you join the waitlist), on the need to perform our agreement with you (when you use the studio), and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

We share data only with providers that help us run TallaAI, and only what they need:

• Vercel: website hosting, country detection and anonymous analytics.
• Our waitlist database provider: stores waitlist sign-ups.
• OpenAI: generates images from the photos and instructions you submit in the studio. Under its API terms, it does not use this data to train its models.
• flagcdn.com: serves the small country flags in the waitlist form. Your browser loads them directly, so this service sees your IP address.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside Morocco, including in the European Union and the United States. Where Law 09-08 requires it, we make these transfers with the authorisation of, or after declaration to, the CNDP, and we choose providers that apply strong security measures.

• Waitlist details: until we invite you to the studio or you ask us to delete them, and no longer than 24 months.
• Studio account and content: while your account is open. You can delete images at any time, and we delete the rest within 30 days of closing your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
• Country cookie: 30 days. Server logs: as set by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks.

Under Law 09-08 you can ask to access your data, correct it or have it deleted, and you can object to its processing for legitimate reasons. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by asking to leave the waitlist. Write to contact@tallaai.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Moroccan data protection authority, the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach is likely to affect you, we will tell you without undue delay.

TallaAI is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or on the site.
